I agree - I am also waiting for a decision (gifted education). I think it depends on the department/program you apply to when they come out - hopefully it will be soon -
I am still having problems with the scholarship link today - I thought it might be working this morning. Not sure if I have been blocked out b/c I have applied for S10 or it is happening to everyone.
