I will be applying to three schools and the total application fee is around $105. I can save this in 3-4 months. My only concern now is doing the GRE. I hope someone can really help me out with this.

I do not even need to get a funded offer. There is a government fund that takes care of every cost from flight, tuition, living expenses etc. But to access it, you must have already been admitted to the grad school.

yes I know. Application fees to universities are there. The issue is I need the GRE result to access some locally available source of funding. If I get admitted to any grad school, I can access a government fund that will take care of every other cost.
