The extension of deadline has nothing to do with quality of the program. It has been emphasized that no funding is available for admitted applicants. So the students will be responsible for financing all $70,000 required to enroll in this program. (Add other peripheral costs to it.) Of course a few applicants may be willing to pay $70,000 to $100,000 for a master degree in current economy.
