Does anyone have an opinion on the pros and cons to Johns Hopkins Institute for Public Policy in comparison to the School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland? They seem to both be great programs and while the cache of Hopkins is certainly a lot stronger, Maryland seems to have a lot going for it and a number of very notable profs... Any thoughts/reactions from others making the same decision would be very helpful!
