After I submitted my proposal I found some literature showing that I picked an inappropriate substrate to work with...I kind of figured I'd killed my proposal even though the background and idea was good.

  11. If you sign into your application at UPenn, through the apply yourself website it will let you know the status of your application. For people that have been accepted/rejected, does it say that?
