I too was placed in a talent pool and soon afterwards I interviewed and got an offer (previous cohort), so was just passing round. Anyway, if you are placed in a talent group you can contact the NETI HR ( they are your HR now since you are in a NETI talent group). Contact them and let them know you applied for a certain position in your field. They are really nice people, they will do everything in their power to help. you may use this address: neti@unicef.org. Cheers

Hi guys. If you were to give feedback to the NETI team on what should be improved about the Neti selection process, according to our own experiences, what would you say? In other words, what improvements would you want in the Neti selection process? I am sure this feedback would make the whole experience better for someone else who may apply in the next cohort or even some people that may reapply for the program this year.
