Good luck to you as well! I don't believe I have a great chance either. I more just wanted to know definitively before I commit to another program.

That''s what I feared...I'm going straight from an MS to a PhD so I'm ineligible.

Their website doesn't have a lot of information (and I shouldn't have waited until the last minute to put the application together).
