    In most cases, recommendation letters are accepted late, by anything from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the program. Email the program coordinator and check when applications are usually reviewed, and whether it would be ok if one of your letters is slightly late.

    Definitely not C. You should not change your mind just because of one letter. 
    I'd go with A. what's the harm? 
    I think, B is also a bad idea. Asking someone else might not work as well (profs. usually expect students to ask them for a letter few weeks (even months) prior to deadline). but of course it depends on your relationship with your profs. 
    in any event, A seems to be the best choice.

    I think you will be perfectly fine and the chances that anyone would even notice are very small. It's not going to affect your chances. I would personally just let it go, but if you're the kind of person who tends to brood and worry, just email and ask to replace the CV with a new one. Either it works or at least you'll know you've tried your best.
