I am currently completing my MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. For an assignment I have to complete 6 annotated bibliographies, 2 quantitative, 2 qualitative, and 2 mixed methods. My topic is on employee performance and motivation. I am having a hard time finding a qualitative research study on this topic. Has anyone come across any qualitative, peer-reviewed, articles from a scholarly journal on this topic? Thanks for the help!
