I think a big difference is that there are a lot of jobs which are not advertised publicly. So the talent group at least gives you the advantage of being put forward for a bigger pool of jobs. Still waiting on my end. I'm preparing for it to take a long time.

yeah its crazy to go through all that process and for nothing concrete to happen as a result. i'm in the same boat for M&E. i guess it makes sense from their end. but really makes it hard to make plans for the next six months or whatever. its like a ghost job....but ok. guess its about patience and keeping the faith.

Update: a delayed one. I got my acceptance for M&E a few weeks ago. Amazing. Now waiting like everyone else for a position to come up. Tricky in terms of leaving my current job, life, etc, given that it could be anywhere at any time. Hard to plan.

Nothing for me yet (M&E). Impossible to say if that means anything or not.
