No problem! I technically submitted my app (the required portions) at the beginning of January because I needed the reference requests sent out asap but I didn't submit my additional documentation (resume and statement) until the end of January. I received the same email as you on February 6 and was accepted three weeks after that initial email. Let me know if I can answer anything else for you/help out at all. I hope you get in!

Hey Sarah1030, I was accepted to the program on Feb 24 but I haven't really heard of anyone else applying so I'm not sure what their process/timeline is for sending out acceptances emails. I've spoken to the people in the college of grad studies a few times during the app process and they were great- you could alway try giving them a call?

You guys! I received an offer to UBC-O on Friday! I spent most of the day bawling, I was so excited (and then was subsequently rejected for my 1st choice for psych at Carleton so, really, a whirlwind few days of emotion) but I'm still thrilled about UBC. Now I just keep checking ROSI. I hope the two-year results come quickly- I have to let UBC know by March 17 and the wait is killing me. On a side note: this is such a supportive community, so I wanted to take a second to say that you all are great. So quick to offer assistance and advice, and for people like me that spent most of the time lurking the page and hyperventilating through the process, I really appreciated all the comments on the forum. Hoping you all receive good news soon!

Hi all! I've been following these threads for a few weeks now (wish I would have found them sooner!) but first time posting. I've applied to the two year programs at U of T and UBC- Okanagan. Has anyone else applied to UBC? I haven't seen too many people that have so I'm not sure when they start sending out responses. I've also applied to Carleton for MA Psychology. I know that doesn't apply to this thread but it's definitely quiet on the Carleton psych front- wondering if anyone could direct me to a thread that might have info? Nothing is really listed in the Canadian psych 2017 thread as it's not a clinical program. Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone!
