I saw the STEP applicants received their decisions in Feb. The actual decision time is usually ahead of what is said in the website.

I think it depends from program to program. I believe that there are different days for different programs. Someone I know got their decision for ICE on 6th/7th March a couple of years back. 1st week of March for all us I guess!

On another note, my applicant status keeps saying incomplete even though they have received my scores officially. Is this because of the unofficial transcripts? When I wrote to the school, they informed me that it's probably because it's under process and that they will write to me if there are any issues with my application. Just adds to the anxiety though!
Actually I encountered the same issue. Admission officials said they would inform me if anything was wrong.
