Hi guys! I applied to the HCDE program too. I graduated from the UW two years ago and worked in marketing for a while.
What are some other schools you guys applied? Did anyone of you know Depaul University at Chicago? I heard they have a good HCI program as well.

@sqaI applied both HCDE and MHCID, but didn't submit a portfolio for HCID. So I'm pretty much only counting on HCDE. I get a heart attack every time open my email, soooo nervous.

Yes, I think so too. Do you happen to know the percentage of people on the waitlist? I have a feeling that they might put me on the waitlist.

Kinda got my hopes up because the email notifying us of the Visitor's days said "mid to late March" and last year the MHCID results came out on the 14th.
HCDE results, however, should come out on the 15th or before, according to the HCDE website (they specifically say they'll notify you by the 15th).

I know many other UW departments have sent out their final decisions, so I'm kinda guessing it should be these couple of days.

I know exactly how you feel. And I know they already sent some rejections in Feb.

I think the interviewing process might just for certain international students to verify their language proficiency. So don't be panic if you don't get one.
Are we expecting the results coming out this week or maybe next week?
