Wow, a lot to unpack. For me, I have wanted to move to the DC area and have a career there. I totally understand how you are feeling. But I would say that getting into school in Canada would be beneficial for you to be a Canadian citizen if that is what you want to do! So going there would make more sense. I am deciding between UMass and American. Both programs seem great but I am leaning towards American. It is in the DC area and super attractive to me. Plus, I like the curriculum. Have you talked to anyone else accepted to American? Are they declining or accepting?

For me, I got into GA State (no funding), UMass Lowell (full funding), American (full funding), Temple (waitlist funding), Liberty (online), IUP (no word on funding yet) and denied at George Mason and UPenn.

Where were you accepted and what are you thinking?

A lot of programs have made decisions by now because the deadline to accept is April 15th. Some have not released decisions but most have.

I don't mean to bring bad news but some programs have already accepted people and have denied people without telling them.

Have you heard anything? What is the status update for you?
