Hi, I am Peter and I am an undergraduate student studying biomedical engineering in Hong Kong. I recently got offers of Ph.D program in Stony Brook University with fellowship and MRes program of bioengineering in Imperial College London. My goal is to have a job in working biomedical engineering perspective in US. Which offer should I choose? If I choose MRes program of bioengineering in Imperial College London, I will apply Ph.D program of other well-known universities in US. Is that hard to get a Ph.D degree with a US master?
