Yep, this is the number!

First round offers payment was due on June 1st, so I called June 2nd and was informed was I accepted. They said I'd had to make my deposit by June 16th so I'd call them on the 17th and ask for updates if you have not heard anything.

Last 2 years: 3.95 Wrote in my app about research and volunteering w/ marginalized pops. I was taken off-waitlist.

Awks nvm. Western PM just called me stating I was accepted. They will be calling others today as well. Keeping my fingers crossed! Thanks for all the updates during this process.

Called Western for MPH and was informed that they will be sending second round of offers based on number of people who submitted deposits for June 1st deadline from first round offers. Currently, they are figuring out the process of selection, and will be in contact next couple of weeks for second round offers. After the receptionist took my name, she deflatedly told me "the program manager will be in contact with you via e-mail in the next couple of weeks". I inquired further but she said she couldn't tell me but by her tone I am 100% sure did not get in and will be getting a rejection. If other people call Western and ask about the process, perhaps we can compare what they tell us?

Any updates from Western MPH? Is it safe to assume I've been rejected?

More and more, I think everyone got this e-mail. I wish they would let us know if we were rejected or not rather than dragging us all through. "Thank you for your interest in our MPH Program. Due to the large number of applications this year we have adopted a rolling admissions process. On behalf of the MPH Admissions Committee for the Schulich Interfaculty Program in Public Health’s Master of Public Health (MPH) Program I would like to let you know that your application has been put on a waiting list for admission for Fall 2017. We anticipate being able to provide further information for a possible spot in the Program in early June. Unfortunately we are not able to inform you of where you are on the waiting list, however you will be notified if a spot becomes available."
