Just got an email asking me for a revised budget but telling me that decisions are not final. It does have the magic line: There is no need for you to reapply for the upcoming May 1st deadline at this time. What does this mean?

Hi everyone! This is great to be able to follow the results release together. It looks like NSF has released grantee list, correct? (https://www.nsfgrfp.org) I didn't receive an email but am also not on the list. I am also waiting to hear from Wenner-Gren today. Will keep you all posted if I hear!
