Actually, I don't think that's true. I was shortlisted for a third position (although oddly didn't get an email - later confirmed w/ them) on July 18.

I've been shortlisted for two positions in Ops: Civil Preparedness and Operational Preparedness. has anyone heard back from PASP? I had my heart set on the Middle East / Mediterranean Dialogue which dovetails w/ my background

Where did you see that. There is 0 mention of it anywhere in the literature

There is no interview. Just getting security clearance.

Which ones, specifically? I got Civil Preparedness, Operational Preparedness, and OPS A.

By the way, I think there are only 70 available yearly, not 70 per march/September cohort

I was lucky to meet with someone who worked for NATO and she advised me on my application. It wasn't THAT illuminating, as she didn't know that much about the internship program, but she did say that the balance in nationality is important to them. What is your background? I'm in my final year for my bachelor's degree in comparative politics. I'm hoping my application is sufficient, but for every person like me there's someone at Harvard who's worked at the White House LOL

I've heard that geographic balance matters to them - in terms of representing member states. I'm American. Where are you guys from?
