Yes, I got a separate e-mail after the contract, and they also updated information about the apartment on my umich access.

Hey guys. I also applied for the August intake, and e-mailed housing last week asking "I got nothing does that mean I'm out". They said that (1) they have recently sent out decisions for people with a June 1st move in date and that (2) they anticipate August 1st move in date decisions out by the end of May. Also, they emphasized that (3) not having heard back yet does not indicate that you will not be awarded a spot. Fingers crossed... Update: Hey guys, just to let you know, I received my Munger contract on Friday. It had a three day acceptance term. See you in Munger
