When Do they offer Purdue Results for ME PhD for fall'18? I saw last year it was too late and that too after emailing them in April late?

Hello All! Anyone please help me :- I have filled DS-160 form for B1 US visa in order to attend the graduate recruitment event at University of Minnesota on 2-4'Mar. But, unfortunately, the earliest appointment available for visa interview in India is on 1'Mar. So, If I can apply for expedited appointment and is my reason (urgency) would be accepted by the consular office? Thanks,........
