I want to apply to Machine learning and Computer Vision programs for Fall 2018.I have a CGPA of 9.5 over 10 and a decent profile with one pub in an international conference. I would like to target top univs like CMU, EPFL etc. Do you think the low Quants score will hurt? I haven't received the AWA score but it should be 5ish.
