The best way to teach is to praise positive actions and ignore negative ones.

It’s fact that human mind has tendency to accept positive actions rather than negative ones. So based on this fact, praising the positive actions and course of events is the best way to learn something or teach something.
We can learn and teach a lot from the experience person. So in my high school, our physics teacher was the most experience person in whole school. His teaching power and understanding of the concepts was unparalleled. For students, it was very hard to grasp any of the negative concepts or phenomena. So he explains that phenomena in negative way and students disgusted that theory easily. That’s an example of positivity on humans mind.
Praising the positive action is probably the best way to teach something. In a team , one guy is performing exceptionally well due to his knowledge and technically soundness. He mostly finishes his work before the deadline and used to help his other team mates to increase the efficiency of the team. Apparently, his manager and team leader praise him in every month end and they proudly talk about the good work and positivity he brings to the team. Now other team members may get motivated by the praising of good actions and they will try to achieve the same height which motivated them. May be they will try to achieve more. To achieve the same height, one has to learn the way of working like the rock star performer. So at the end, other team member will learn more rapidly by considering the amount of praising positive actions.
Ignoring negative actions is not always advantageous. His or her negative actions may have impacted others too. In above example, rock start performer is human after all. He may have done something which is not expected for other. It may be harmful for enthusiasm of person. Which can lead to the demotivation to learn something from that person who is really experienced..
