In the nutshell, It's up to your university that you want to apply. AWA 5 and overall 332 is good for top 20 universities. You have high chance to compete with others. About top 10 : maybe you must have the good academic resume like strong pub and good recommendations. Personally, I think this score is enough and do not need to retake since there is no guarantee to take the better score.

Hi.... I am absolutely confused about GRE and its matter for food science (PhD students). There is no problem for studying, but I don't have any information about scores needed for getting funding. Is there any food science student to share me experiences about that? What score is enough for getting funding? Verbal and Quant? (based on the information from admitted food science students) Thank a lot.
