Hi all, Did anyone here apply for/accept a Penn GSE ISTR (Independent School Teaching Residency) fellowship? There is maddeningly little information about it online, but it is basically the perfect program for me based on my family/living situation. I'm wondering if it's a good program and how competitive it is?
