I actually did end up emailing them thanks! They said there are no GPA or GRE requirements -

Hi, I know you posted this a while ago (I'm just now seeing it because I'm applying for fall 2018), but I'm wondering if you know those requirements are true? I couldn't seem to find requirements on their website and on edfind it says Average GRE Score: Verbal reasoning: 147 Quantitative reasoning: 144 Analytical writing: 4 Average GPA Score: 3.37. Just wondering if you could help me out as those are much different than the stats you said. Thanks!
