Out of the few schools I applied to, I believe that only MIT has historically started to send offers as early as January. So I'm waiting for that... 

I got a call from Berkeley last friday morning for chemE PhD program from a professor. He said I should be receiving information for a visit weekend soon via email but I haven't got anything yet. When do you guys think I should ask admissions when they will schedule the visit? It's making me nervous that I haven't got any formal acceptance yet other than a voicemail from the professor to call him back!!
 
Also, keep your ears to the ground. Notices are definitely going out right now.

I heard from U-Mich Ann Arbor with acceptance and funding. Heard they generally don't release most acceptances till much later though, like February. No word from others

I also heard back from Michigan with acceptance and funding on the 3rd for a PhD. I was emailed by the Chemical Engineering Department and told to await an official email from the graduate school. Yet to hear back from any of the other schools that I applied to.
