When I was accepted to the MAPH and to MAPSS (different cycles), I received the offer attached to my rejection from the main program. So yeah, you'll hear from CIR/MAPSS soon. A piece of advice as a recent MAPSS graduate: MAPSS delivers on its claims about PhD placement (I have 3 funded offers), but I would suggest doing MAPSS only if they offer you a full or near-full scholarship.
It went pretty well. To be honest, it sounded like I was already selected and they just wanted to get to know me a little more. That could be totally wrong =)
