It sounds like the History decisions were made pretty recently and might still be in the process of being approved by GSAS. So faculty notification might be trickling out in the next week or so.

My impression is that the History Department at Harvard has made their decisions for the first round of admits. It's probably up to the faculty to contact those already admitted.
