Hello, This is the first time that I will be applying for the SSHRC or CIHR scholarship and I have to create a short research proposal. But, I do not know how to accomplish this effectively. Is there anyone that would be willing to give me some advice on how to create one? Or, would there be anyone who is willing to send me one of their proposals from the past that I could use as mere reference? Lastly, am I obligated to carry out the proposed research, given that I am awarded the scholarship? Thank you so much for your time!

Hello, I had a 97%, 62%, and 98% on GRE I had a 95% on GRE psych subject test Now when I sign in, my Quant score is 61% and my psych is 94%? Is this the result of percentiles going up and down? What is happening here? Thank you.
