[Medical leave denied, what are my options?]

You should definitely appeal. I had to take a medical leave for bipolar in undergraduate and while I graduated a semester early it was the best thing for my health. I am very surprised they denied you. 

[Anyone accepted to MPP/MPA with a low GRE?]

Yes! I scored VERY low on the GRE about 40th percentile. So far I have gotten into American University with $30,000 in scholarship. I published an academic book which I believe compensated for the test scores. I literally didnt think I would get into any school with those scores. 

[Decision: Claremont Graduate University SPE or Seton Hall Whitehead?]

Seton Hall's School of Diplomacy has a strong reputation in the NYC and DC area. I am from Southern CA and went to Seton Hall for my bachelors in Diplomacy and International Relations and was able to get two minors in french and economics all in four years! Great IR program

[American MPA 2017]

Yes, I am pretty sure I'm going to American. I got waitlisted at GW and haven't heard back from Georgetown and University of Maryland. American's tuition is much cheaper than the other three and I received a scholarship from them. They have a 96% employment rate after graduation compared to Georgetown which is 91%. Another reason I am considering American is because they have a good reputation in government affairs and public service and the program has been around much longer than Georgetown. However I am still waiting to hear back from the other schools. I would eventually like to relocate to the west coast and work for the private sector and not sure how prestigious the school is in the private sector, that is the only concern I have.

[Help with sending GRE scores to Georgetown]

Exact same thing is happening to me except they told me to send it to the regular department code not the public policy analysis and I have sent it multiple times with a screenshot showing that ETS sent them it. I think the issue is on their end.

Yes. I have been accepted with $20,000 in scholarship. Have been waitlisted at GW and accepted without being notified of funding to GU and Maryland. Im having a hard time distinguishing these schools from one another. From what my professors said American is a great school for public service

[MPP: Georgetown, American, Maryland]

I have gotten into three schools so far for public policy: Georgetown, University of Maryland, and American. All these school's rankings are similar so I am having a hard time distinguishing between them (they are also all in DC) except for the price tag. Tuition follows:

Georgetown- $50,000/yr  (have not been notified of funding)

American- $30,000/yr (received $10,000 each year)

Maryland- $45,000 (have not been notified of funding)

What do you think is the best option?
