Hello, Was given a fellowship at an MPP Program and the letter reads: "You will be awarded a fellowship in the amount of $20,000.00 to be applied to your tuition and fees in the first year of school. This fellowship is offered on a per semester basis in the form of indirect aid that is given to cover on your behalf to cover the cost of tuition and fees." Is this $20,000 per year or $20,000 per semester ($40,000 in year 1)?
