Btw if you were rejected like me and have potential plans to apply for boren (fellowship or scholarship) in the future. Starting in July they will go over your application with you to point out what can be approved upon.

Yeah, I have 3 other scholarships I could potentially get. I don't really get any aid normally, and this was a long shot, but it won't deter my goals. Have a fantastic time in Japan!! We probably won't be there around the same time.

No worries, life will work out some way or another I've also applied to like 3 other scholarships, so hopefully one of those pulls through
