I have applied for Ph.D. in ECE program at University of Rochester. I got admission decision on March 14, 2018. They placed me in the waiting list. Is there any chance to get admission from the waiting list. My concentration is Musical Acoustics and Audio Signal Processing. What is the tentative date of getting full admission decision? If you get better opportunity and decided not be attend University of Rochester, please decline your admission offer. Thanks in advance.
