I just checked online and it says the last day for registration is August 16th. I'm not sure if that is what she meant. She did not say a specific date in the email.

I asked on Friday, and I received an email back today saying that they are still accepting people. She said that all letters will be sent out by registration, and she personally thinks that they will all be sent out by mid-April.
