I've seen a couple in the $500 range but not sure how nice they are/great management. I haven't really had much time to look with the end of the semester craziness.

$600 would be the most I would want to do too. Are there any that include most of the utilities that you've found in the $550 range? If you'd be interested in living together, let me know.

I'm hoping to stay in the $400-500 per month range for housing. Have you been able to find anything around that price?

I have committed to Texas State! I'm so excited to start in the fall! I'll need a roommate if anyone is looking!
