Dear all... I have received an admission offer with fund in the PhD program of University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) for Fall 2010. Currently, I am doing my Masters in Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). My Masters thesis is almost complete and my thesis defense is going to take place in mid July, 2010. hello all.... I have got admitted into UBC's (Vancouver) Masters in Civil (Environmental) Engineering program for Fall 2010. On the other hand, I have also got admitted in UTSA's PhD in ESE program for the same semester. Both programs are providing me with sufficient funds. I know about UBC that it has a world class reputation for almost every field it has but don't know much about UTSA (University of Texas at San Antonio).
