  1. You're scores will absolutely be no problem! In other words, they will not be the reason you do not get into the schools you listed in the unlikely event that that is the case. In general, programs only pay attention to you AWA if its beneath a 4.0. Furthermore, the AWA carries lesser weight than your V/Q scores. Lastly, US grad schools are seeing a trend of de-emphasizing the GRE anyways. Good luck in the upcoming application cycle!
  2. I recently got my scores back and they were as in the title. I'm looking to apply to top biological life science programs in the US (Stanford, Yale, etc.) and my question is, should I rewrite to increase my verbal score? I'm worried that it may fall beneath that nebulous 'cutoff score' that admission officers have in mind while screening applications. Unrelated question, does the AW score influence admission that much? Thanks for any and all advice!
