Hello friends. Last month, I appeared for the final interview. this whole selection process was intense and every stage needed proper preparation so dont take this process a formality. The real challenge was written test and the panel interview. So be ready for the process.
For me, the process started in July with the first written test and in Dec, the panel interview was done. currently it is the reference check stage. I dont know how much time it will take at this stage but i am expecting roughly 2 months.

normally it take a month after the video interview. If not, contact WFP about the results.

As per the language test, I do not think that it is a must. I have checked on an interview WFP made a few months ago, about the FIT Pool process, and they did not mention it. You can check that out on the faceebook of WFP, where there is an interview.
I would like to ask you about the video interview. Can you describe the questions you were asked?

Hello Jason, You be asked 3 questions. Very simple but you should keep a pen and paper, to summarize what you want to say and then when the recording starts, deliver, like you are sitting in an interview. Keep track of time. Be precise, show that you have knowledge. - Show that you can survive in a difficult environment - Show that you are the best fit - What you know about WFP

Hello. I also appeared for the P3 written assessment for WFP FIT pool for Finance, in Aug 2018. Till now, have not got any feedback.
- Can someone tel me the further process of Language test and interview.
- I only can speak English and have no knowledge of other languages. SO in that case, what to do?
- How to prepare myself for the language test and interview.

Congrats brbrmtv that you have cleared this difficult step. I am still in the process of reference. I think this appointment process will be quick. what is ur specialty, finance?
