Hi All, @JP25 thanks for sharing. It is good to hear that offers will start arriving soon, hopefully its across all pools. I'm sure the change in status is a sign that we will be receiving positive news in the weeks ahead. From my end, there's been no status but hopefully that will change soon. Hi Uhuru2020 and Members, I'm curious to know what the absorption rate is as well. I have been on the roster for 8 months now and no proposals till date. Has anyone received any offers so far? Also, do you think the pandemic is affecting the absorption rate ? Are they prioritizing internal candidates for the time being? What are your thoughts?

Hi Platy2, I was informed of inclusion into the FIT pool for Supply Chain/Logistics Officer in April 2020. Since then, I have received two e-mails for Expression of Interest with both going dead silent. No response to my follow-up e-mails either. I just saw on Aug-31, there was a an Expression of Interest for different roles including Supply Chain. So I'm curios to know as well, if anyone has received a job offer or has some insider info to share with us on what is happening. Best!

Hi UdZe, No word from my end either. I even wrote to them yet no reply. I rather saw posting on their website for a global call for expression of interest in supply chain/logistics. I'm not sure what the deal is....maybe they are just expanding the pool. But I'm not too hopeful anymore. Looking forward. Best of luck!

Hi UdZe, Good to know that we are in together. I notice there was a status date change 08/06/2020 and hoping to hear back soon. The anxiety and long waits are just too much. Keeping busy definitely helps and I'm looking forward to getting on the field. Keeping fingers crossed.

Hi Ivette, I'm well thank you. I don't think this is deployment yet as such, it was a generic e-mail and I'm sure they sent to many others. It didn't give details on location etc. Just wondering if anyone else received the e-mail and if they have replied from HR. Fingers crossed for you.

Hi everyone, I was placed in the FIT pool roster sometime in April for Logistics officer. Recently, I received an e-mail from WFP HQ on COVID-19 ER for a short term deployment? Did anyone receive this e-mail? Any feedback after replying?

Hi Rafaella, Nothing yet at all! I received an EOI for Supply Chain officer in March 13 and tomorrow will make it exactly two months since I last got a feedback. I wrote to them April 10 and no reply - I'm also curious to know if anyone has received an offer so far. I was thinking with the high demand in humanitarian needs they would have been reaching out to those on the rosters but I guess not.

Hi All, I received an EOI for a short term consultancy for Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement at HQ or country office. They said is not related to the application for the Fit Pool and that my response will have no impact on the application process. This is similar to what HEGD shared. Any thoughts? Anyone else received a similar e-mail? @Ivette, sorry I don't have any info on HR technical exam but for supply chain we had some multiple choice questions, T/F, and a case study. Time is of the essence, you have to manage your time well. All the best.

Wow that's great to hear. Congratulations!!! Can you please share how long the entire process took from when you applied to inclusion? Also, please keep us updated when you get posted.
