Are we restricted to the BAAs that they explicitly link on their webpage here? http://ndseg.sysplus.com/NDSEG/About/DoD-Agencies Or are we permitted to write to any open DoD (Army, Navy, Air Force) BAA?

I didn't know about the GRFP until recently and hastily made my application. I only made a 2 page personal statement. Do you think this would immediately disqualify me?
