The administrator said that the committee members had met in the last week, and most of the decisions have been made. She thought that the invitation issue would be finished in the next week. I'm really confused about her answer. Since the decisions have been made, the invitations should be sent out quickly. So I think I was either rejected or put into waitlist.

Did anyone hear from UCSF after Thursday? Or do anyone know whether they usually has multiple waves of invitations? I guess I'm rejected though.
