Hello all! First time posting here, so please bear with me. I am just starting my Fulbright research proposal (likely to apply in fall of 2020). A big part of my undergraduate research has focused on reproductive rights in predominantly Catholic countries, so I am planning a project that examines the linkages between reproductive rights and nationalism in either Hungary or Poland. So basically my question is this: would the more "controversial" political nature of this project disadvantage it in the selection process?
*Personally, I would not define this project as controversial. But, I understand and respect that others of different political alignments would disagree.
