Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone knows if UVic or McGill typically accept students last minute if they receive tri-council funding? I know some schools do, but I wasn't sure about those two.
Thanks!
Western's interview day involves you meeting with a few faculty (including your POI) and current graduate students in the program. Then there's a reception afterwards for you to mingle with those in the program who you didn't interview with. I want to say that the interview day is intended to get a feel of who you are as a person and to see if you'd be a good personality and career fit with the program and lab that you applied to. Who was your POI? I did my undergrad at UWO and am familiar with quite a few of the psych faculty.
Just a heads up that UWindsor profs are meeting today with their ranked list of students. If you've had an interview you should hear about final acceptances or wait lists in the next couple of weeks!
School: UWindsor
Type: Clinical Neuropsychology
Date of Invite: Jan 22
Type of invite: Interview
Interview date(s): Likely Monday January 28th
POI: PM me
UWO has decided on their list for interviews. Their official emails haven't been sent out yet, but my PI invited me this morning so some of you might start getting informal invites! The interview day is February 8th. Good luck!
Hey everyone,
I applied to Clinical this year and haven't heard back yet from any schools.. I applied to McGill, UVic, UBC, UCalgary, UWO, and UWindsor. I am currently in my second year in a master's of Neuroscience and I was wondering if many other people were applying with a master's?
Best of luck!
