Hey! Congrats on your acceptances! I'm currently trying to decide between UT Austin and a few other schools. I couldn't attend the open house in October, so my knowledge on their program is limited! Could you share why you chose UT Austin over other programs?

Hey y'all! I was recently accepted into the CSD Master's program at UT Austin. I'm thrilled, but unfortunately I wasn't able to attend the Open House last fall. If anyone could share their overall thoughts on the program, the types of clinical placements they have, how stressed out the students are (lol), and the quality of their faculty, I would be extremely grateful!

So sorry for the late reply! I'm still not sure yet. I would love to visit campus again before I make my decision, but I'm not sure if that's an option with the outbreak going on

Thank you! I'm sorry, I wasn't actively checking my portal before the e-mail so I'm not really sure. I got the acceptance by e-mail and about a week later I received one in the mail with further instructions.

I submitted mine on Dec 17, but my transcripts weren't updated in the system until last Friday when I gave them a call. I heard back from them today via e-mail too and I am so thankful I was accepted! Good luck! ?
