I've accepted a position in IU's Media Studies Ph.D. program. The plan is to develop skills in games user research and study gender, racial diversity, and prosocial behavior in video games. Hopefully I'll also be able to side-dabble in using video games as a therapeutic tool to treat PTSD or similar anxiety disorders. If anyone else is going to IU, please feel free to reach out to me. I did my M.A. in psych here and so I can help out with information on finding housing etc.

Has anyone heard from the IU Media School PhD program? Additionally, does anyone know if they typically do interviews for the PhD program?
