Is a Welcome Weekend invite at Vanderbilt good news?

So, I received an invitation to Vanderbilt's Peabody College Welcome Weekend. In the email it stated something about their admitted students website. However, I have not received any official word back from Vanderbilt. Is this a good sign or does everyone receive this email?
