Hey Everyone! My name is Jake, and I was referred to this forum by a colleague of mine. I'm a Master's Candidate in Sport and Exercise Psychology at California State University Long Beach. I recently started up a YouTube channel called "Championship Cognition" to provide athletes with mental skills to dominate in sport. Being that sport psychology is a branch of psychology, I was wondering if you all could check out my channel and let me know if there are ways to alter my content for better instruction.
