Hi!!!
I graduated with my undergrad in Cinema & TV Arts with a concentration in Media Management 3 years ago. Over the past 3 years I've been struggling to come to terms with my lack of enthusiasm for any career in the entertainment industry proper, so I've started thinking about grad school.
I have an interest in the archiving and preservation of film assets - film itself, scripts, props - the history of the industry essentially. I know there are a few MLIS programs that include special collections and archives as a pathway but I'm curious if anyone knows of the best programs for this line of work.
UCLA has a program specifically for Media Archival Studies which seems right up my alley but I'd like to broaden my search so I don't put all my eggs in one basket (and consequently suffer from disappointment!!!!)
