Hi Guys!! I will be starting grad school at George Washington University this upcoming fall! I am moving to DC from Florida and was wondering if any of you could help me. I mainly want to know what are some awesome neighborhoods that are close to campus, and the rent is not crazy expensive? My budget is $1500-1700 a month.
