  1. They probably make offers to the top ranked applicants first. Then if these guys do not accept, it rolls down the list. Seems like the first offers are already out.
  2. You can live on 1350 but your life will be simple. For example Rent hostel 650 Electricity/Soap/Household stuff 100 You are left with 600 per month, or 20 per day. You wake up, eat breakfast at the canteen for $4, have lunch, say MacDonald's meal $8, and have dinner say fish and chips in school for $6. That is about $20 a day. Sometimes you need to see a doctor ($50), go to a pub ($30), buy some nice clothes or stuff...those you have to draw on your savings.
  3. MPP is a professional degree, grades dont matter much .
  4. It is not feasible to live in SG without AC. As for living on $750 a month, probably doable if you are very disciplined, but I think you will need to touch a little of your savings. Personally I would prepare to have at least 5k of extra money per year.
  5. Lse is lower than nus in both qs and thes. I don't think lse opens more doors than nus unless you are interested in working in Europe, and even that is debatable, but wages in europe are usually quite low.
  6. 1350 is tight for sg unless you can get a hostel/hdb common room for 700. Then you will have 650 left. It will be a little miserable trying to spend only 20/day, although it is possible if you are disciplined. For an adult, usually you need to spend at least 400 more of your own money each month to have a normal life in sg. Is the email offer from lkyspp or from nus?
  7. hey guys, who interviewed you? do you know their names? i was told the results will be out in april after my interview.
